Leopardstown Park Hospital is situated in pleasant surroundings just off the Leopardstown/Brewery Road Roundabout. The local landmark is Leopardstown Racecourse, which is just next door. Entrance is via the South County Business Park, from where the hospital is signposted.

Public Transport and Access

From the M50 motorway Southbound take junction 14 on to Leopardstown Road. If travelling Northbound, take exit 13 and follow signs for Leopardstown. There are two bus services which stop on Leopardstown Road near the entrance to the hospital.


  • Route No 114 connects with the Dart station in Blackrock (no Sunday service)
  • Route No 46A from the City Centre to Dun Laoghaire stops at Whites Cross (20 minutes walk from the hospital) on the main dual carriageway. It operates every 10 mins Monday to Saturday and 15 to 25 mins every Sun.
  • The Luas Green Line (Sandyford to St. Stephens Green, 22mins) is located near the hospital (12 mins walk) This will be extended to Cherrywood in 2010 and a Luas stop will be located near the hospital.

Car Parking

There is ample car parking within the hospital grounds. Visitors are requested not to obstruct free passage on the hospital roadways or occupy reserved space which may be required during an emergency or for residents with disabilities. Please obey “No Parking” signs, yellow boxes etc. A new car parking management system is being planned. Cars are parked at owner’s risk.
